My property boundary is filled with overgrown trees but as I live in a Conservation area, I wanted to sought professional advice to understand what I could do without penalties or complaints!
I was highly impressed from their service from start to finish. After booking online initially, the phone rang. I suspected it may be ROAVR offering a hard sell and upgrade but was pleasantly surprised to be asked if I’d like a free 15 minute call with one of their arboriculturists. The resulting call proved very helpful and explained my position and options completely.
The survey was conducted as planned and the subsequent report was emailed along with a video commentary explaining not just what data the report contained but how specifically it could be used for planning permission etc.
Following my review of the report, I arranged a follow-up call to agree next steps. Again, advice from genuine and affable people whom know their stuff and appear to really want to help.
